How to Brew

Add one heaped tablespoon of coarsely ground coffee per cup. Pour hot water (just off the boil, around 92–96°C) over the grounds, stir gently, and place the lid on loosely. After 4 minutes, press the plunger down slowly and steadily — then pour immediately for best results.
