Powered by a 14-litre copper boiler with multi-looped elements, the CON2E produces up to 400 espressos or 240 cappuccinos per hour — serious commercial output from a machine designed to go anywhere. Thermosyphonic circulation keeps both group heads at a constant extraction temperature, with individual temperature control per group. Water and steam pressure are independently regulated by solid brass safety valves, and a triple-contact pressure switch ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation throughout service.

The electronic controls deliver four pre-programmed volumetric coffee measures per group, while an automatic water level system — with probe, electronic control unit, and solenoid valve — keeps the machine running smoothly during peak periods.
