Founded in 1927 by Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi, La Marzocco had its beginnings in Florence, Italy earning a world renowned reputation for making beautiful, high quality, superbly crafted and uniquely designed espresso machines, with great attention to detail.

Today, La Marzocco remains an artisan company, while offering important
 advances in equipment technology to its customers and in the industry.

La Marzocco set out to design the Strada EP (Electronic Paddle) because of a shift in the market.

The Strada EP has the capability to repeat pressure curves automatically. Once recorded, a simple paddle movement will replay the programmed curve.

“EE” refers to a feature whereby brewing is activated by the simple start & stop motion of the paddle on the group head, albeit with electronic pre-infusion.

The Strada EE model includes individual brew boilers, proportional steam valves featuring anti-suction valves, a thermal stability system and easy-access for maintenance.

The FB80 was manufactured and named to mark the company’s 80th anniversary as well as the founding brothers since “FB” stands for Fratelli (brothers) Bambi.

It is fitted with panels that can be produced in any RAL colour or decorated with artwork or logos.

Equipped with a CPU board and designed for superior temperature control, the GB5 combines gracious lines and harmonious curves with powerful technological advancements.

The GB5 features an algorithm-based PID temperature controller, which further reduces temperature fluctuation in the coffee boiler.
