Finely ground green tea powder, rich in antioxidants and smooth, earthy flavour. Many describe matcha caffeine as a "calm alertness"- focused but not jittery.
Preparation:
Cold: Whisk 1g (1/2 tsp) with a splash of hot water (70-80 degree celcius) until smooth and frothy. Add 150ml hot water.
Hot: Whisk 1g with a splash of hot water, then top with 200ml steamed milk of your choice.
Perfect with any syrup!
