This is a single origin Mexican Arabica, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process: no chemicals, no shortcuts, just water gently drawing out the caffeine until the beans are 99.9% caffeine-free. What’s left is everything that makes this coffee worth drinking — a smooth, full-flavoured cup with real character and not a trace of bitterness.

Mexico produces some of the most underrated coffee in the world, and this is a fine example: clean, rounded, and deeply satisfying at any time of day.
