Thermosyphonic circulation keeps all three group heads at a constant extraction temperature, with individual temperature control per group for precision dialling. Brass-bodied group heads with stainless steel shower plates, solenoid valves, and high-pressure pumps ensure consistent shot quality across every service. Water and steam pressure are independently regulated by solid brass safety valves, and a triple-contact pressure switch keeps operation reliable and low-maintenance.

The CON3E's electronic controls deliver four pre-programmed volumetric coffee measures per group, while automatic group cleaning minimises downtime and keeps the machine performing at its best. High-group clearance accommodates large takeaway cups, and an espresso tray ensures perfect positioning for standard shots.
