What makes Malabar special is its processing. Indian Malabar beans are traditionally exposed to monsoon winds during drying, a method that swells the beans and produces a naturally low-acid, full-flavoured cup with exceptional crema. The result is a coffee that's chocolaty, spiced, and nutty — with a richness that lingers long after the last sip.
